JMicron JMB36X Driver
The time now is Radeon HD Sound Card: Having the card installed with no drives connected to the JMB36x also caused the install to fail. I uninstalled the GSATA controller driver in Device Manager and restarted but as i suspected Windows found and loaded the same driver with no improvement. It was impossible to install driver during Win 10 install to jmicrln to ensure Win 10 could see the card.
Would my PC be in danger? Here are some other clues: Can anyone help with this?

Win 10 x64 (& x32?) will not install if JMicron JMB36X SATA card is installed
Also I’ve had to go thru some “extra-steps” to get older hardware to accept win 7 drivers. I asked Gigabyte, they said to get the updated driver from JTech. This is the last OS I will ever see, can’t afford to upgrade any components, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for marking this as the answer. Win 10 fails to install regardless of disk size tested from jmicroh to 3TB.
